Benefits
Are grocery benefits guaranteed?
No. Extra benefits are not available with every plan and are not guaranteed. Availability depends on area, carrier, plan, eligibility, and enrollment rules.
Are dental, vision, and hearing benefits included?
Sometimes. They may be included on some plans and not others. Benefits vary.
What is a Part B giveback?
Some Medicare Advantage plans may reduce Part B premium for some enrollees in some areas. It is not guaranteed and not available on every plan.
Why do benefits vary by ZIP code?
Carriers design plans by service area. What is offered in one county may differ from another.

No. Plan Ally by NobleCare is not Medicare, the federal government, or a government agency.
Is NobleCare a government agency?
No. NobleCare is an insurance organization. Plan Ally is its consumer-facing Medicare guidance brand.
Is there a cost to talk with an agent?
There is no cost to request a review or speak with a licensed agent about your options.
What happens after I submit the form?
A licensed agent may call you from a NobleCare or Plan Ally number. Have your Medicare card, prescriptions, and doctor list ready if available.
